CONDITIONS FOR SCANNING AND DIGITAL PHOTO EDITING

Limited Liability - Liability is limited to replacement of equivalent blank media supplied in the event of loss or damage to goods supplied. It is expressly agreed that not under any circumstances will Chris Yates Design be held liable for any lost profits or other consequential damage to customer’s data which may occur. Chris Yates Design is not responsible for any errors or omissions from the use of supplied material. Colour variation may occur between your monitor display and printed matter. We recommend you ask for a proof before commencing any print production, you may decide against this at your own risk.

Supply of media - The client may supply any blank media compatible with our computer systems. If no portable storage media is supplied with an order by the client, data will be burned to CD-ROM at prices at current prices.

Backup data - Chris Yates Design will keep a backup copy of any scanned material up to 1GB in size for a period of four days. If for whatever reason the digital data is misplaced, damaged or lost in transit, the client may request the backup data at cost to the client. The backup data is deleted at the end of the fourth day and is not retrievable.

Supply of images - Images are deemed by the client to be acceptable for their intended use prior to supply to Chris Yates Design. Chris Yates Design reserves the right to refuse work at any time at their discretion.

Payment terms - COD unless otherwise agreed. Payments falling overdue of the agreed payment time will be charged a minimum 15% interest. All prices quoted, charged for purchased within Australia will include 10% GST.
